Notice of Final Report and Determination
Date of Notice: 31 August 2016
This notice informs all Registered Participants and interested parties that AEMO has completed its consultation under rules 11.86.6, 11.87.2 and 11.88.2 of the National Electricity Rules (NER) on the first package of AEMO Procedures relating to the Competition in Metering, Embedded Networks and Meter Replacement Processes rule changes.
AEMO's final determination is to make the Procedure in the form published on AEMO's website on 31 August 2016.
In accordance with the amending rules, the Power of Choice Procedure Changes (Package 1) will commence on 1 December 2017.
