2023 Inputs, Assumptions and Scenarios Report (IASR)

AEMO’s 2023 IASR, developed in consultation with stakeholders, details the inputs, assumptions and scenarios for use in 2023-24 Forecasting and Planning activities, including the 2024 Integrated System Plan (ISP).

2023 Gas Statement of Opportunities

The Gas Statement of Opportunities (GSOO) provides AEMO’s forecast of annual gas consumption and maximum gas demand, and reports on the adequacy of central and eastern Australian gas markets to supply forecast demand over a 20-year outlook period.

AEMO Services

AEMO Services has been appointed as the NSW Consumer Trustee, giving it a central role in co-ordinating long-term planning and investment in energy generation, storage and transmission in New South Wales.
