Direction - South Australia Region 24/03/18
In accordance with section 116 of the National Electricity Law AEMO has issued a direction to a participant in the South Australia region.
This third direction was necessary to maintain the power system in a secure operating state.
The direction is issued at 1906 hrs 24/03/2018 to take effect from 0030hrs 25/03/2018 and is expected to stay in place until 0500 hrs on 26/03/2018.
For the purposes of the National Electricity Rules this is a direction under clause 4.8.9(a).
