Notice To Interested Parties:

SA Power Networks has today published a notice advising of the closure of the Regulatory Test titled “RFP001/10 Bulk electricity supply to the Fleurieu Peninsula”.

As a result of material changes in demand and the low probability of growth in the Fleurieu Peninsula in the medium term, there is little likelihood of the constraints forecast in the 2010 RFI-RFP eventuating. Therefore, SA Power Networks is formally closing the existing consultation under the present RFI-RFP.
Should constraints re-emerge, SA Power Networks will advise the market in accordance with the requirements of the NER.

Copies of the closure notice are available from the SA Power Networks website.

Enquires should be directed to requestforproposals@sapowernetworks.com.au

SA Power Networks follows a Network Management planning process in accordance with the National Electricity Rules Section 5.17. A public Demand Side Engagement Register is maintained of people or organisations wishing to be kept informed of this process.
