AEMO has consulted with industry on proposed changes to the Regulation FCAS Contribution Factors Procedure (Causer Pays) to enable the early implementation of aggregated dispatch conformance (ADC) under clause 11.145.16 of the National Electricity Rules (NER), under the National Electricity Amendment (Integrated energy storage systems into the NEM) Rule 2021 No. 13 (IESS Rule).Update 10 February 2023

To align with the implementation of the Dynamic Aggregate Dispatch Conformance (DADC) design in the SO_OP_3705 Dispatch Procedure version 7of the Regulation FCAS Contribution Factors Procedure has been updated to have an Effective Date of 13 August 2023. This date aligns with the DADC arrangement implementation by 9 August 2023.
