Critical Maintenance of Wholesale Electricity and Gas Applications
Maintenance of authentication services may impact login and authentication to the following Wholesale Electricity and Gas Systems:
-AEMO Markets Portal
-API requests
-FTP Data Interchange submissions
-Network Outage Scheduler (NOS)
Note this includes:
-energy offers and submissions (Energy & FCAS Bids), viewing/submission of Settlement and Prudential information, submission of forecasting availability or reporting for EMMS
-API requests and submissions via Markets Portal for GBB, PCT/DAA, DWGM CC Auction
An outage may occur between 15:30 - 18:30 AEST of up to 15 minutes.
During the outage,
-users will not be able to have new login sessions into NOS or EMMS WebPortal. Users who are already logged in are not expected to be impacted.
-FTP sessions will still be available, however security errors may occur validating transactions during the outage, participants may need to resubmit these.
AEMO recommends users who need to use these services to
-login if possible, prior to the start of the outage and remain logged in. If you log out during the outage you may not be able to log back in until the completion of the outage.
-try to avoid accessing the systems during this window if possible

A URM outage may occur between 15:30 - 18:30 AEST and have an expected outage duration of up to 15 minutes. o Any password resets or new account creations completed during the URM outage window will need to be redone.
o MSATS Server FTP sessions will strill work, however transactions may have security validation errors, and need to be resubmitted
