At 2020 hrs the following Transmission equipment tripped in the Queensland region.
T22 Callide - T152 Gladstone South 7105 132 kV Transmission line
T152 Gladstone South No3 132 kV Busbar
T152 Gladstone South - T19 Gladstone South 7268 Transmission line.
The cause of this non credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.

The cause of this non credible contingency event is not known at this stage.

Reclassification of a Non Credible Contingency Event: Bungama - Blyth West 275 kV Line and Snowtown WF Stage 2 Nth and Sth windfarms in SA region.
Based on advice from the TNSP, the simultaneous trip of Bungama - Blyth West 275 kV Line and Snowtown WF Stage 2 Nth and Sth windfarms are now considered credible.
AEMO has reclassified the simultaneous trip of the Bungama - Blyth West 275 kV Line and the Snowtown WF Stage 2 Nth and Sth windfarms to be a credible contingency event from 2115 hrs 30/11/2017 until further notice.

The cause of this non credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.
AEMO will not reclassify this event as a credible contingency event.

At 1817 hrs the T38 Mackay - T141 Pioneer Valley No. 7451 132kV line and and the T38 Mackay No. 3 132/33kv Transformer tripped.
Simultaneously with this event AEMO has observed a reduction in the electrical demand in the Mackay region of approximately 62MW.
AEMO did not instruct load shedding.
The cause of this non credible contingency event is not known at this stage.

The cause of this non-credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.
AEMO will not reclassify this event as a credible contingency event.

780 Mudgeeraba - Merrimac
706 Mudgeeraba - Nerang
754 Mudgeeraba - Burleigh
F838 Mudgeeraba - Varsity Lakes
755 Mudgeeraba - Burleigh
F839 Mudgeeraba - Varsitry Lakes
Mudgeeraba 4T 110/33 kV Transformer
Mudgeeraba 3T 275/110 kV Transformer
Mudgeeraba 5T 275/110 kV Transformer
Subsequently, Directlink cables DC1and DC2 tripped.
AEMO did not instruct load shedding.
AEMO was advised of disconnection of bulk electrical load of approx. 100 MW
The cause of this non credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.

At 1541 the Mudgeeraba No. 2 and No. 4 110 kV Buses were restored.
