MSATS E-Hub Production Outage to allow maintenance to be carried out.
The MSATS and E-Hub outage is 10:00:00 - 16:30:00 AEST
A URM window of outage will occur between 10:00:00 - 11:00:00 AEST and have an expected outage duration of up to 15 minutes. During this time users will not be able to log in to new sessions. Users who are already logged in will not be impacted.
The change has some login outages that are below and will impact participants logging into
Electricity Markets : MSATS, NOS and OPDMS.
Web Portals: All web portal access including VDS, EMMS and RERT
Gas Markets: TMM and GBB production environments.
API: VPP, DERR, GBB,Self Forecasting, Gen recall, PCT.
AEMO recommends users who need to use these functions to login prior to the start of the outage and remain logged in.
NOTE: If you log out of this session, you will be unable to log back in until the completion of the URM outage.
There will also be an outage for the E-HUB during the entire MSATS outage window, this will affect MSATS FTP, MSATS B2B API' and EMMS API.
