Update to system normal constraint equation in NSW for voltage collapse at Balranald

Update to Victorian system normal Kerang voltage stability limit
AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE
Refer to Market Notice 83382
AEMO has completed a comprehensive review of a system normal voltage stability limit in north west Victoria. The revised limit manages pre-contingent flow on the Wemen to Kerang 220 kV line to avoid voltage collapse at Kerang or Wemen on loss of the Crowlands to Bulgana to Horsham or Horsham to Murra Warra to Kiamal 220 kV line. The revised limit is the result of detailed analysis and could potentially lead to higher flows on the Wemen to Kerang 220 kV line.
The revised constraint equation includes generators in south-west NSW and north-west Victoria on the left-hand side as well as Murraylink. Full details on the limits advice are to be published on 19th August 2021 on the AEMO website: https://www.aemo.com.au/energy-systems/electricity/national-electricity-market-nem/system-operations/congestion-information-resource/limits-advice
The revised limit will be implemented at 0800 hrs on Wednesday 18th August 2021, by updating V^^V_NIL_KGTS and removing V^^V_NIL_KGTS_2
