Inter-regional transfer limit variation - constraint automation to manage Power System Security in SA region - 15/03/2024

At 0600 hrs 15/03/2024 there was a short notice outage of Robertstown - Tungkillo No. 2 275 kV Line.
At 0615 hrs 15/03/2024 there was a short notice outage of Tungkillo - Para No. 1 275 kV Line.

In order to maintain the power system in a secure operating state in the SA region, AEMO has invoked the following automated constraint sets.

CA_SYDS_5505DC4C from 06:00 hrs until further notice

These constraint sets contains equations with the following interconnector on the LHS;

Actual Lack Of Reserve Level 1 (LOR1) in the SA region - 11/03/2024

An Actual LOR1 condition has been declared under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the SA region from 1830 hrs.
The Actual LOR1 condition is forecast to exist until 2030 hrs

The capacity reserve requirement is 498 MW
The minimum capacity reserve available is 255 MW
