An incorrect input into the Demand Forecasting System from 01/01/2021 0030hrs to 1130hrs caused a reduction in near-term pre-dispatch demand forecast accuracy for all NEM Regions. There was no impact to dispatch forecasts.
The demand forecasts were corrected as of 1130hrs 01/01/2021 and accuracy has returned to within typical performance levels.
Manager Operational Forecasting
