The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) advises under clause 3.15.21(f) of the National Electricity Rules (NER) that it has issued a notice to suspend Power Club Limited from all trading in the NEM in its registration category of Market Customer.
The suspension takes effect from 0:00 hours Australian Eastern Standard time on 12 July2022.
Power Club Limited is ineligible to trade or enter into any transaction in the NEM until such time as AEMO notifies Power Club Limited and all other Registered Participants that the suspension has been lifted.
