Notice of issue of a Suspension Notice in the Declared Wholesale Gas Market (DWGM)
AEMO advises all participants in the DWGM that AEMO has exercised its power under clause 260 of the National Gas Rules and issued a suspension notice to Qenos Pty Ltd (Subject to a Deed of Company Arrangement) (ABN 62 054 196 771) (Qenos). With effect from the gas day commencing on 19 December 2025, Qenos is suspended from the DWGM and must not:
- submit any bids or demand forecasts for the DWGM;
- inject gas, or tender gas for injection, into the declared transmission system or declared distribution system; or
- withdraw gas, or tender gas for withdrawal, from the declared transmission system or declared distribution system.
