Notice of issue of a Default Notice in the Declared Wholesale Gas Market (DWGM)
AEMO advises all participants in the DWGM that it has exercised its power under clause 251(2)(a) of the National Gas Rules and issued a Default Notice to Qenos Pty Ltd (Subject to a Deed of Company Arrangement) (ABN 62 054 196 771) (Qenos), with the following restrictions:
- Qenos must not submit any bids or demand forecasts for the DWGM.
- Qenos must not inject gas, or tender gas for injection, into the declared transmission system or a declared distribution system.
- Qenos must not withdraw gas, or tender gas for withdrawal, from the declared transmission system or a declared distribution system.
