AEMO has published our submission as part of the consultation into the Energy and Climate Change Ministerial Council (ECMC) review on AEMO’s governance arrangements.
In February, the Minister for Climate Change and Energy announced the ECMC review to ensure AEMO’s governance arrangements remain fit for purpose both now and in the future.
Like previous reviews into various aspects of our governance, AEMO supports this review to ensure governance arrangements remain appropriate for this next phase of the energy transition.
AEMO’s submission provides details of our current governance and responds to the key focus areas of the review, the terms of reference and the discussion paper.
