Suspension of Zen Energy Retail Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) ABN 54 615 751 052
The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) advises under clause 3.15.21(f) of the National Electricity Rules that Zen Energy Retail Pty Ltd ABN 54 615 751 052 (Administrators Appointed) (‘Zen Retail') has been suspended from trading in the National Electricity Market (NEM) as an Integrated Resource Provider, with effect from 00:00 hours Australian Eastern Standard time on 14 July 2026.
The suspension applies to Zen Retail’s registration in the NEM as an Integrated Resource Provider in respect of a Market, Scheduled Bidirectional Unit with Ancillary Services and as a Small Resource Aggregator.
Zen Retail is ineligible to trade or enter into any transaction in the NEM as an Integrated Resource Provider until such time as AEMO notifies Zen Retail and all other Registered Participants that the suspension has been lifted.
This public notice relates to AEMO's decision to suspend Zen Retail's registration as an Integrated Service Provider. This is a separate suspension decision and is in addition to AEMO's earlier suspension of Zen Retail's registration as a Market Customer, which at the time of publishing, remains in effect.
