Exemptions for WA GBB Facility registration and data provision

This page provides an overview of applying for a registration exemption or an exemption from providing periodic data in the Western Australia Gas Bulletin Board (WA GBB). Further details are provided in the GSI Procedure – Registration, Deregistration, Exemptions and Transfer.

Applying for registration exemption

There are separate exemption forms for Pipelines, Production Facilities, Storage Facilities and Large User Facilities. Facility Operators must fill out the appropriate form to be considered for exemption.

Applying for a data provision exemption

Eligible Facility Operators must fill out the following form to apply for an exemption from supplying periodic data to the WA GBB where duplicate data is supplied by a WA GBB Pipeline Operator.
