STTM Procedures – EGP Wilton Custody Transfer Point at Sydney Hub
GBB Procedures – Amend Sydney (SYD) Demand Zone description to include EGP Wilton CG and reflect the correct CGs and loads for SYD Demand Zone.

Notice of Consultation

AEMO gives notice of consultation on proposed changes to the STTM Procedures for the Short Term Trading Market (STTM) and GBB Procedures for the Natural Gas Services Bulletin Board (GBB) under rule 135EE of the National Gas Rules.
This notice of consultation is dated 4 August 2015.

Proposed procedure changes

The proposed change to the STTM Procedures (section 2.2) is to:

  • Add a new Custody Transfer Point (CTP) at EGP Wilton for the Sydney hub. AEMO proposes adding the CTP to reflect Jemena EGP’s upstream gas infrastructure developments that will connect to the Sydney network.

The proposed change to the GBB Procedures (Schedule 2) is to:

  • Amend Sydney (SYD) Demand Zone description in Schedule 2 – Demand and Production zones to include EGP Wilton CG to reflect these gas infrastructure developments and wording change in SYD Demand Zone description to reflect the correct CGs and loads for SYD Demand Zone. This will allow gas delivered through EGP to SYD Demand Zone to be captured in SYD Demand Zone.
