Powercor has published the Project Specification Consultation Report (PSCR) for Terang Terminal Station (TGTS). Publication of this PSCR represents the first step in the Regulatory Test for Transmission (RIT-T) process.
Powercor considers this RIT-T to be a ‘reliability corrective action’ as defined by clause 5.10.2 of the National Electricity Rules (NER), as the objective is to meet the regulatory obligations and service standards contained in schedule 5.1 of the NER and the Victorian Electricity Distribution Code of Practice.
Powercor welcomes written submissions on materials contained in this PSCR, submissions are due on 11 July 2026.
