Matters under consultation
AEMO has consulted with industry on proposed changes to the Inter-Network Test Guidelines (Guidelines) for the purposes of the National Electricity Amendment (Integrating energy storage systems into the NEM) Rule 2021 No. 13 (IESS Rule).
In summary, the changes included the new terminology to meet the requirements of the IESS Rule.
Consultation process
Submissions to this consultation has closed. AEMO invited stakeholders to:
- provide feedback and comments on the accompanying change-marked documents; and
- identify any unintended adverse consequences of the changes.
- Stakeholders are invited to submit written responses to the questions in the Information Paper, by 5.00 pm (Sydney/Melbourne time) 16 September 2022.
