Essential Services Commission (ESC) have identified that subclause 4.7.2 (a) of the Participant Build Pack 3 (PBP3) - B2B System Interface Definitions excludes the prospective Retailer from raising the Life Support Notification (LSN) in Victoria. ESC notes that this is inconsistent with the Energy Retail Code of Practice that was amended from 1 March 2022. This consultation proposes amending PBP3 – B2B System Interface Definition to remove the exclusion. Submissions are due COB 1 August 2025.
