Notice of Consultation
AEMO gives notice of consultation on proposed changes to the Gas Supply Hub Exchange Agreement (EA) under clause 3.3 of the Exchange Agreement.
This notice of consultation is dated 25 August 2017.
Gas Supply Hub Members and other interested persons are invited to submit written comments on the proposed changes to AEMO by 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 25 September 2017.
Proposed changes to the Exchange Agreement
The proposed amendment to GSH Exchange Fees is for the Fixed Fee methodology for Trading and Viewing Participants, and the introduction of a Fixed Fee Rebate mechanism for Trading Participants.
AEMO has published an Impact and Implementation Report (IIR) below, which details the proposed changes to the EA.
Notice of Determination
AEMO informs all Gas Supply Hub exchange members and other interested stakeholders that it has decided to make the proposed amendments to the Gas Supply Hub Exchange Fees. Version 4.0 of the Gas Supply Hub Exchange Fees will be effective from 1 December 2017.
