August 2026 REMP Expedited Consultation

The publication of this draft report commences the expedited rules consultation procedure.

In accordance with NER 8.9.3(b):

If a person considers that AEMO should switch to using the standard rules consultation procedure in respect of this Proposal, then the person can submit a request for AEMO to do so within 10 business days after publication of this Draft Report.

The Procedure Change Request must be sent to [email protected] by 5:00pm (Melbourne time) 29 June 2026.

• The Procedure Change Request must include reasons why the person considers the Proposal is not a Non-material Proposal as defined in NER 8.9.1(a).

AEMO invites written submissions from interested persons in respect of this Draft Report to [email protected] by 5:00pm (Melbourne time) on 15 July 2026.
