Maximum Temperature for Transmission Connected Generating Systems

In accordance with clause 3A.1.5 of the WEM Rules, AEMO must:

(a) in consultation with the Network Operator, prepare guidelines on how AEMO determines the Maximum Temperature as defined in Appendix 12; and
(b) publish those guidelines on the WEM Website

AEMO’s Maximum Temperature for Transmission Connected Generating Systems Guideline documents how AEMO determines the Maximum Temperature as defined in Appendix 12 of the WEM Rules and has been consulted with the Network Operator prior to publication.

All enquiries relating to this guideline, including requests for calculation of the Maximum Temperature for specific locations should be submitted to AEMO by email to: WEM.GPS@aemo.com.au.
