The AEMO Helpdesk is a service provided to registered Gas and Electricity Market Participants to assist with the resolution of operational IT related problems, including installation of, and systems administration support for AEMO supported products. The specific services provided are as follows:
- - For the Electricity Market the AEMO helpdesk provides 24 hour, 7 day week assistance for all IT related problems.
- - For the Gas Market, specifically the Wholesale Markets (STTM and the Victorian Declared Wholesale Market) and the Retail Markets in Victoria and Queensland AEMO provides a 24 hour, 7 day week assistance for all IT related problems.
