Increase in Heywood from SA to Vic test limit from 550 to 600 MW
AEMO will increase the Heywood test limit from SA to Vic (from the current 550 MW) to 600 MW today to conduct internetwork testing on Heywood.
The following constraint sets will be revoked once the testing criteria met:

I-SV_HEY_600_TEST
AEMO will revert the Heywood test limit back to 550 MW once the test has completed while the test result being analysed.

Participant Impact and Requirements: AEMO's FRC Gas Hub web services need to have their server certificates updated every 3 years with new certificates to replace expiring ones.
Participants connecting to these endpoints or receiving requests from AEMO's FRC Gas Hub platforms and have authorisation mechanisms like certificate fingerprinting in place will notice a change in AEMO's server's certificate fingerprint and will need to update their systems accordingly.
The certificate relates to the FRC HUB RELAY, participants WILL need to update the profile that communicates with the FRC HUB RELAY with the new FRC-HUB-RELAY-Prod certificates.
This will need to be done to avoid the inability to send messages to the relay.
