Update to Negative Settlement Residue constraint equations
The final report on the consultation for negative settlement residues was published today. One recommendation from the consultation was to change the negative settlement residue constraint equations to manage the "cycling" issue in the clamping process.
The following constraint equations have now been updated to align with the recommendation:

At 2014 hrs 09/11/2025, the Carwarp 220 kV Terminal Station has been cut in to the existing RCTS - Kiamal 220 kV Transmission Line resulting in the following network augmentations being commissioned:

Dispatch of market targets has resumed normal operation via SCADA/AGC for those participants affected.

SERVICE INTERRUPTION
AEMO is experiencing a service interruption relating to: Partial SCADA failure NSW
AEMO is working on restoring the service. AEMO Support Hub will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Dispatch of market targets via SCADA / AGC has failed. Affected participants are requested to enable their backup systems in order to receive dispatch targets and manually follow dispatch targets until further notice. Affected participants are requested to contact the AEMO Electricity Control Room if unable to follow their dispatch targets.
