Identity Service may cause users to experience few session issues for logins initiated between 18:00 to 18:15 Market Time on 26/May/2026.

Participant Impact and Requirements: AEMO's FRC Gas Hub web services need to have their server certificates updated every 3 years with new certificates to replace expiring ones.
Participants connecting to these endpoints or receiving requests from AEMO's FRC Gas Hub platforms and have authorisation mechanisms like certificate fingerprinting in place will notice a change in AEMO's server's certificate fingerprint and will need to update their systems accordingly.
The certificate relates to the FRC HUB RELAY, participants WILL need to update the profile that communicates with the FRC HUB RELAY with the new root(AEMO-RCA G2)/intermediate(AEMO-ICA-TEST G1) and FRC-HUB-RELAY-Prod certificates.
This will need to be done to avoid the inability to send messages to the relay.

Participant Impact and Requirements: Dear User,
Please be aware of a DWGM market system outage due to a planned server migration in the Production environment.
The following impacts are expected during the maintenance activities:
DWGM interfaces Web Exchanger, Web Services, DWGM CC Auction and Prudential Dashboard, will either be unavailable or have intermittent availability during the outage window.
Participants should not assume that any submissions made during the outage window will be successful or retained. If submissions are attempted and successful, participants should review them or resubmit after AEMO notifies that maintenance has ended. This only applies to submissions attempted during the maintenance, any submissions prior to the outage start time will not be impacted.
MIBB will be available to retrieve reports generated prior to the outage.
