The WA Gas Consultative Forum (WAGCF) enables information sharing and consultation on matters relating to the development of the WA Gas Statement of Opportunities (WA GSOO) and the WA Gas Bulletin Board.
The forums cover the Forecast Reference Groups for consultation leading up to the annual publication of the WA GSOO by facilitating constructive discussion on matters relating to forecasting and market modelling. It provides an opportunity to validate assumptions, share expertise and explore new approaches to addressing the challenges of forecasting in a rapidly changing energy industry.
Our aim is to improve the collective insights, understanding and outcomes of forecasting used by the WA GSOO.
Working group members
The WAGCF is an open forum for all interested stakeholders. AEMO will provide stakeholders with an agenda and relevant draft meeting papers minimum 2 days prior to the meeting. Final meeting papers and minutes will be published on this webpage.
