At 1658 hrs the Murray to Guthega (97G) 132 kV Line tripped.at Murray end only
AEMO did not instruct load shedding.
AEMO has not been advised of any disconnection of bulk electrical load.
The cause of this non credible contingency event is not known at this stage.

At 1530 hrs on 27/01/19 the Liapootah - Waddamana Tee Palmerston No. 1 220 kV Line tripped and at the same time there was a reduction of approximately 133 MW of industrial load in Tasmania.
At 1011 hrs on 30/01/2019 the Lindisfarne - Waddamana No. 2 220 kV Line tripped and at the same time there was a reduction of approximately 70 MW of industrial load in Tasmania.
The cause of these non-credible contingency events is not known at this stage.
AEMO is not satisfied that these non-credible events is unlikely to re-occur.
AEMO has therefore reclassified the trip of a single 220 kV transmission line ex Waddamana substation and the coincident reduction of 133 MW of industrial load in Tasmania as a credible contingency event from 1145 hrs 30/01/19 until further notice.

At 1530 hrs on 27/01/19 the Liapootah - Waddamana Tee Palmerston No. 1 220 kV Line tripped and at the same time there was a reduction of approximately 133 MW of industrial load in Tasmania.
At 1531 hrs on 27/01/19 the Liapootah - Waddamana Tee Palmerston No. 2 220 kV Line tripped
The Liapootah - Waddamana Tee Palmerston No. 1 and No. 2 220 kV Lines have been reclassified as a credible contingency event (refer to Market Notice 66829).
AEMO did not instruct load shedding.
The cause of the 133 MW reduction in industrial load at the same time as the Liapootah - Waddamana Tee Palmerston No. 1 220 kV Line trip is not known at this stage.

At 1011 hrs the Lindisfarne - Waddamana No. 2 220 kV Line tripped and at the same time there was a reduction of approximately 70 MW of industrial load in Tasmania.
At 1013 hrs the Lindisfarne - Waddamana No. 2 220 kV Line was returned to service.
AEMO did not instruct load shedding.
The cause of this non credible contingency event is not known at this stage.

At 0237 hrs 28/01/2019 the Collinsville North No2 132kV Busbar was returned to service.
The cause of this non-credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.
AEMO will not reclassify this event as a credible contingency event.

At 1938 hrs the Armidale - Tamworth 85 330kV Line tripped at Tamworth end only and the Armidale - Coffs Harbour 96C 132 kV Line tripped.
The cause of this non-credible contingency event has been identified and AEMO is satisfied that another occurrence of this event is unlikely under the current circumstances.
AEMO therefore cancels the reclassification of this event as a credible contingency event.

The cause of this non credible contingency event is not known at this stage.
AEMO is not satisfied that this non credible event is unlikely to re-occur.
AEMO has therefore reclassified this event as a credible contingency event until further notice.
