Non-credible contingency event - Qld region - 22/02/2021
At 2120 hrs the South Pine SVC and the Mount England - Wivenhoe Power Station No 824 275 kV line tripped.
All equipment has been returned to service at 2214 hrs.
The cause of this non credible contingency event has been identified.
AEMO is not satisfied that this non credible event is unlikely to re-occur.
AEMO has therefore reclassified this event as a credible contingency event until further notice.
