The MSATS deployment for 5MS will commence on the AEMO Production environment on 15th June 2021 with an outage planned from 19-June 06:00 until 21-June 08:00.
URM will also experience a 30 minute outage on 20-June between 08:00 and 09:00 AEST.
AEMO recommends users who need to use these functions to login prior to the start of the URM outage and remain logged in.
NOTE: If you log out of this session, you will be unable to log back in until the completion of the URM outage.
The change has some login outages that are below and will impact participants logging into
Electricity Markets : MSATS, NOS and OPDMS.
Web Portals: All web portal access including VDS, EMMS and RERT
Gas Markets: TMM and GBB production environments.
API: VPP, DERR, GBB,Self Forecasting, Gen recall, PCT.Environment: Production
Participant Impact and Requirements:
Participants must ensure MSATS B2M setting reflects ASEXML schema preferences are set by Tuesday 15thJune as agreed with the RWG.
Market Participants will not be able to access the MSATS as the both the MSATS Browser and Batch Handler will be offline and B2M and B2B messages will not be processed during this outage period.
URM will also be unavailable for a 30 minute duration on 20-June between 08:00 and 09:00

Participants connecting via Site-Site VPN to Norwest need to ensure that Site-Site VPN points to Brisbane prior to the change commencing.
Participants connecting through IPWAN will be unaffected.
Participants connecting through SSL-VPN to Norwest will be disconnected and will automatically reconnect to Brisbane
