Power system disturbances
As per clause 3.8.1 of the WEM Rules, AEMO must investigate any incidents in the operation of equipment comprising the SWIS that:
a) endanger Power System Security or Power System Reliability to a significant
extent; or
b) causes significant disruption to the operation of the Central Dispatch Process set out in section 7.6; and
c) AEMO considers have had, or had the potential to have had, a significant
impact on the effectiveness of the market.
