Memorandum of Understanding on the Use of Emergency Powers

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the Protocol have been developed by the Jurisdictions, ie South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, and NEMMCO to co-ordinate actions to be taken under individual State Emergencies Services Legislation to manage power system security emergencies.
