Settlements Timetables & Calendars

SETTLEMENTS CALENDARS

These documents outline the National Electricity Market settlements cycles for 2009, 2010 & 2011. The (Annual) Settlements Calendar shows the dates for delivery of statements and settlement of trading amounts relating to each weekly billing period. A Settlement Residue Auction (SRA) section is also added in this edition. The Settlements Monthly Calendar shows the dates for delivery of statements and settlement trading amounts relation to each weekly billing period. Both documents include posting dates for 20 week and 30 week revision statements.

The calendars are based on the NEM public holiday dates determined by the State Government proclamations. These holidays are the common holidays for all the Participating Jurisdictions which must be considered in the counting of the business days in the settlement cycle. State governments may, from time to time, proclaim additional holidays at short notice. AEMO reserves the right to modify these calendars if necessary to comply with the National Electricity Rules and provides these calendars subject to this Disclaimer
