A Guide to the Role of the Responsible Person - Consultation
This notice informs all National Electricity Market Registered Participants, Intending Participants and interested parties that AEMO has published the Determination and Report relating to the Rules consultation on the guideline, “A Guide to the Responsible Person”.
The purpose of this consultation was to align the information presented in the guideline, with the latest version of the Rules (version 29 at the beginning of this consultation).
One submission was received as a result of the Second Stage of Consultation and is published on the AEMO web site.
AEMO has considered the issues raised in the submission and has now produced a Determination and Report.
There were no requests for meetings throughout the consultation.
A clean and marked version of the guideline as a result of this consultation is also published below.
