Auction Participation Agreement

In December 2009, the Settlements Residue Committee approved amendments to the Settlement Residue Auction Rules. Schedule 1 of the Auction Rules, the Auction Participation Agreement has also been updated. Amendments to the Auction Rules and Auction Participation Agreement came into force on 1 May 2010.
