Mandatory Restriction Offers SO_OP3713

The purpose of this document is to satisfy the AEMO obligations with regards to the NER section 3.12A.1 on the determination of Restriction Offer Procedures.

This document also give suitable guidelines to the market participants who will be participating in the Mandatory Restriction Offer process as well as to AEMO operations staff who are responsible for dispatching the mandatory restriction offers.

Change from the previous version includes:
