Distribution Loss Factors for the 2009/10 Financial Year
AEMO is required to publish distribution loss factors (DLFs) by 1 April each year. These distribution loss factors are to be applied for the next financial year. The DLFs must be:
- Calculated initially and reviewed annually by the appropriate Network Service Providers;
- Approved by the Australian Energy Regulator (AER); and
- Provided by the Network Service Provider to AEMO and published by AEMO by 1 April each year.
