This informs all Consulted Persons that AEMO has concluded the consultation on amendments to the Market Ancillary Service Specification and the consultation is now closed. The Final Determination was issued on 07 May 2010 along with the Version 3.0 of the Market Ancillary Services Specification (MASS). The amended MASS version 3.0 will become effective on 1 July 2010 unless further time is required by AEMO to implement changes to relevant systems.
This consultation was conducted under clauses 3.11.2(b), 3.11.2(c) and 3.11.2(d) of the National Electricity Rules (Rules) in accordance with the Rules consultation requirements detailed in clause 8.9 of the Rules.
