AEMO has established this generation information page on its website to provide information to the market on the capacity of NEM generation.
The generation information page reports information on the capacity of existing, committed and proposed generation projects within the NEM. It includes information on all generator registration classes and technologies. Note that semi-scheduled generation is currently reported on the non-scheduled generation web pages.
Information reported on this generation information page has been supplied to AEMO by the relevant generation proponent.
If new information becomes available to AEMO in relation to a generation project, AEMO will update the generation information page with that information in a timely manner, after first verifying the information with the generation proponent.
