•    - For the Electricity Market the AEMO helpdesk provides 24 hour, 7 day week assistance for all IT related problems.
•    - For the Gas Market, specifically the Wholesale Markets (STTM and the Victorian Declared Wholesale Market) and the Retail Markets in Victoria and Queensland AEMO provides a 24 hour, 7 day week assistance for all IT related problems.

This helpdesk service operates on Melbourne business hours.
