Wholesale Market Electronic Communication Procedures (Victoria)

The proposed changes are to update the Procedures to include a new input – nomination of AMDQ – submitted by Market Participants for the determination of Market Participants’ injection tie-breaking rights used in gas scheduling.

The PPC consultation concluded on 9 December 2011 and no submissions were received.  The next step in the process is the release of the Impact and Implementation Report for consultation, outlining AEMO’s assessment of the likely impact on AEMO and the industry due to the proposed changes to the Electronic Communication Procedures.

Gas Market Registered Participants and other interested parties are invited to submit comments on the proposal to AEMO by 05 January 2012 via email to:  GWCF_Correspondence@aemo.com.au
