NEM - Feedback Sought on Reporting of Power System Incidents

AEMO publishes reports on power system incidents ranging from a brief notice a few minutes after the event to a major report up to 80 to 120 business days later. Earlier this year, AEMO sought feedback from stakeholders on the information provided in, and timeliness of, these reports to assist in identifying improvements. AEMO has now analysed this feedback and identified a number of areas where improvements could be made. A discussion of the feedback received and improvements identified is provided in the attached report.
